BluGlass appoints Yam Rubenstein to the Board

Global semiconductor developer BluGlass Limited has appointed Mr Yam Rubenstein as a Non-Executive Director to support the Company’s growing global operations, effective immediately.

Mr Rubenstein is an Israel-based entrepreneur and investor, bringing more than two decades’ experience in global financial markets to the Board. He is the founder and CEO at investment firm 102 Percent Ltd, providing corporate finance, investment and strategic advisory services across technology, fintech and capital market sectors. Mr Rubenstein is also an advisory board member for Nasdaq-listed Cyabra, an AI-powered disinformation detection company.

He has previously held senior management roles at leading investment houses and banks in Israel, including Deputy CEO of Migdal Capital Markets for more than 10 years. In this role, Mr Rubenstein developed and led the prime brokerage business, traded all financial instruments globally, and built relationships with top tier investment banks and institutional investors around the world.

As co-founder of June 76 investments, Mr Rubenstein is one of BluGlass’ largest shareholders as well as a major investor in ASX-listed advanced manufacturing company Amaero International Ltd (ASX:3DA) and place intelligence platform Beonic Ltd (ASX: BEO).
