BluGlass is delighted to welcome Omer Granit to the Board of Directors.
Omer is a highly experienced entrepreneur, investor, and corporate lawyer with deep expertise across capital markets, advanced manufacturing, defence, and strategic governance. Based in the United States, he brings extensive international networks and proven experience in guiding ASX-listed companies through cross-border growth and engagement with leading global defence primes.
His appointment significantly strengthens the Company’s ability to navigate global capital markets, expand its presence in the US defence, quantum, and aerospace sectors, and advance the company’s commercialisation roadmap.
